This policy explains what stays in your browser, what external analytics and advertising services may process, and the choices available to you.
The checklist uses localStorage, which remains on the device and browser profile where you used the tool unless browser synchronization, extensions, device management, or another user of the device changes that behavior.

Do not use this tool on a shared device if other people can access the same browser profile. You can remove the data with the “Clear and retake” action or your browser’s site-data controls.
Loading a web page necessarily sends information such as an IP address, browser details, and the requested URL to hosting and third-party services. Analytics and advertising information is not accurately described as “100% anonymous.”
Purpose: Measure page use and general site performance.
Information: May process page URLs, referrers, device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar identifiers, and interaction data configured by Google.

Purpose: Provide an additional view of aggregate website traffic and page performance.
Information: May process page URLs, referrers, device/browser information, IP-derived information, and basic visit events through umami.tsrenjian.com.

Purpose: Serve, measure, limit, and protect advertising.
Information: Google and its partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, process IP addresses and device identifiers, and receive the page URL and request information. Personalization depends on location, consent, and Google settings.

Cookies and similar technologies may support measurement, security, frequency limits, fraud prevention, and advertising. Where required, a Google-certified consent platform is used to present choices before applicable advertising or analytics processing. Available choices can vary by location.
The website does not collect contact-form submissions. If you choose to email support, technical support, or feedback, the message and address are processed by your email provider and our receiving email service. Do not include individual checklist answers, self-harm details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive health information.

Browser-stored checklist data remains until the tool or user removes it. Retention of analytics, advertising, hosting logs, and email is controlled by the relevant configuration and provider. We do not claim a fixed retention period unless it has been verified in those systems.
External providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Internet transmission and browser storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
The checklist is not a health-care service or patient portal. We do not intentionally send individual answers, theme values, optional context selections, copied report text, or the separate safety response to GA4, Umami, AdSense, or advertising audiences. If a future feature changes that boundary, this policy and the implementation must be updated before release.
